Ειδικότερα το έργο αφορά στην ανέγερση τριώροφου κτίσματος με υπόγειο για χρήση του ως Κέντρο Διημέρευσης – Ημερήσιας Φροντίδας για άτομα με νοητική στέρηση σε οικόπεδο ιδιοκτησίας του Δήμου Καρδίτσας συνολικής επιφάνειας 407 τ.μ., το οποίο βρίσκεται στο Ο.Τ. 237, επί των οδών Καποδιστρίου και Αλλαμανή και συγχρηματοδοτείται από το Ευρωπαϊκό Ταμείο Περιφερειακής Ανάπτυξης (ΕΤΠΑ).
